CINNAMINSON - Drew Harvey missed two games due to a concussion.
In his absence, the Cinnaminson High School basketball team was stunned by Westampton Tech, 50-44, in a Burlington County Scholastic League Liberty Division matchup. It was the first loss the Pirates suffered to a BCSL opponent since February 25, 2022.
"It was the first time we played without our five starters," Cinnaminson coach Mike Fries said. "We started off slow in that game."
The Pirates responded with a 86-36 win over Bordentown.
Harvey returned and Cinnaminson added three more victories. The latest triumph was a 69-54 decision over Medford Tech in a BCSL Liberty Division showdown on Thursday night. Cinnaminson improved its record to 10-2.
