The dynasty continues, as the West Georgia Coed Cheerleaders took the stage Saturday, knowing that a bull’s eye was on their backs. The squad won, completing a weekend that saw both UWG teams bring home the hardware for the third straight year.

Since 2002, the UWG Coed cheerleaders have been the team to beat at the annual event, held at the Walt Disney World Sports Complex in Orlando, FL.

The Coed squad beat out, fellow statesmen, Columbus State, among six other schools, to win the UCA title.

The Coed squad drew the fourth spot in which to compete, and had to sit around to await the remaining institutions shot at dethroning the six-time champions.

The score would hold true, and the Coed squad would bring home a seventh consecutive UCA National Championship.
