INDIANAPOLIS — The NCAA Division II Field Hockey Committee released Monday the 2007 tournament field.

University of Massachusetts at Lowell (18-2) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (17-3) will receive first-round byes in the six-team field. In the North region, Bentley College (14-6) will travel to C.W. Post Campus/Long Island University (16-3) for a first-round contest at 1 p.m. Eastern time, Saturday, November 3. The winner will meet Massachusetts-Lowell in a semifinal match-up. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (18-4) will host Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (17-4) in the South region first-round contest at 7 p.m. Eastern time, Saturday, November 3. The winner will advance to play Indiana (Pennsylvania).

Semifinals will be played Friday, November 9, at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., with the championship final Sunday, November 11, at 1 p.m. All games will be played at Cushing Field Complex on the campus of Massachusetts-Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts.
